Drumstick/ Moringa/ Senjana leaves are highly nutritious, enriched with sufficient vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin C along with minerals like calcium, phosphorus etc. More frequently used for the improvement of health conditions like blood pressure, eye health improvement, liver related problems etc.

Ingredients:
First Method of preparation:
200 gm fresh drumstick leaves, 2 teaspoon mustard oil, ½ teaspoon mustard seed,9-10 number of garlic piece, 2 dry chili and salt as per requirement.
Second method of preparation:
200 gm fresh drumstick leaves, 1 large size potato, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, ½ teaspoon mustard seed, 1 teaspoon mix of ginger and garlic paste, 1 dry chili, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon red chili powder and salt as per requirement.
