How to make a Fresh and Very Healthy Green Soup!

This green soup is delicious, filling and healthy. Perfect for helping detox and keeping your immune system strong! You can find all my recipes on my blog

Full Recipe
• 1/2 head broccoli
• 1/2 pack baby spinach leaves (2 cups)
• 1 large leek
• 4 cloves garlic
• 2 cups cooked peas
• 4 cups vegetable broth
• salt and pepper to taste
• handful of parsley leaves
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Wash all the veggies, and roughly chop the garlic, leeks and broccoli into small chunks.
Cook the peas and drain.
Heat the olive oil gently in a large frying pan, add the garlic, leeks and broccoli and saute for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and let it wilt slightly.
Add the veggies to a blender, with the remaining ingredients and whiz until smooth. You’ll have to do this in 2 batches to be safe!
